Oracle DBA with GoldenGate

About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle DBA with GoldenGate to manage Oracle database environments and support real-time replication solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong database administration skills with hands-on experience in Oracle GoldenGate, performance tuning, backup & recovery, and production support.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as Oracle DBA.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c or higher).
• Experience in RMAN, Data Guard, ASM, RAC.
• Good understanding of SQL / PL-SQL.
• Experience in database performance tuning and monitoring.
• Knowledge of Linux / Unix environments.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain Oracle database environments.
• Perform installation, upgrades, patching, and migrations.
• Handle backup, recovery, cloning, and database refresh activities.
• Monitor database health, performance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Configure and support Oracle GoldenGate replication setups.
• Monitor Extract, Pump, and Replicat processes.
• Resolve replication lag, errors, and data consistency issues.
• Support high availability and disaster recovery environments.
• Work with internal teams for deployments and production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and standard procedures.
